Darlene Gore Minor, Realtor®, CRS, GRI, ABR Darlene has been in the Real Estate Industry for 11 years and she is projected to successfully sell 75+ homes this year. Recently, Darlene was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for sales production nearly 12 million dollars! Darlene is a Full Service Real Estate Agent in residential and commercial properties. She specializes in Luxurious Homes, Estate Sales, Pre-foreclosures, Short Sales and Divorce Settlements. Darlene retired from United States Army after completing 20 years of faithful service. Education: Licensed Real Estate Agent, American College of Real Estate. Bachelor of Science, Health Care Administration, Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL. Master of Arts, Business Management, Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. Married 30 years to James E. Minor and has two daughters Aisha and Jennifer.

Aisha Minor, Realtor® Listing Specialist Aisha is excited to be teaming up with her mother, Darlene Minor, who ranks in the top 1% of San Antonio Realtors. Prior to Real Estate, Aisha worked as a processor for one of the nation’s leading mortgage companies. She was later hand-picked to underwrite on a team which specialized in reviewing denied and withdrawn files and counseling with those customers. She says of the experience, “For most people, their home truly is where the heart is, right up there with family. You’re dealing with people who are putting their heart on the line to invest in their future, send their kids to college or just make a fresh start, and they have been told “no”. At that point it goes beyond customer service. It becomes about customer care and how that customer walks away from the experience feeling. Many companies talk about customer service. Few teach how to provide it. I am grateful for the training I received as it will definitely carry over into my new role as a Listing Specialist.”

Jennifer Minor, Office Assistant Jennifer is a graduate of Texas State University - San Marcos with her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Theatre. She plans to pursue a Master’s degree in Production and Video at University of Texas - Austin. Jennifer assists in the office with accounting, monthly mail-outs and filing and can be seen answering the phones during the busy season. She is currently working on her real estate license. |

Diana Gutierrez, Personal Assistant Diana Gutierrez has worked in the real estate industry for six years as a real estate agent assistant/personal assistant. Currently she is attending San Antonio College to further her education in the real estate field. Before joining the company Diana worked for the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County. She has been a member of the National Association of Texas Notaries since 1997. “I strongly believe that the most important investment most people will make in their lifetime is purchasing a home so I decided to become a real estate agent assistant to help others with my dedication, diligence, and professionalism which translates into the highest level customer service I can provide to our clients”
